I have ordered for this book twice but I did not receive any of them, the first one was in April 26, 2013 order number #109-4248722-2252266 the estimated delivery date was June 13, 2013 and the second one was in September 26, 2013 order number #107-5738022-8162665, the estimated delivery date was November 8, 2013. I tried to track them with the tracking numbers but i did not get any result.

About the Author
Wayne L. Winston is Professor Emeritus of Decision Sciences at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is now a Professor of Decision and Information Sciences at the Bauer College at the University of Houston. He has won more than 45 teaching awards, including the school-wide MBA award six times. His current interest is in showing how spreadsheet models can be used to solve business problems in all disciplines, particularly in finance, sports, and marketing. In addition to publishing more than 20 articles in leading journals, Dr. Winston has written such successful textbooks as OPERATIONS RESEARCH: APPLICATIONS AND ALGORITHMS, MATHEMATICAL PROGRAMMING: APPLICATIONS AND ALGORITHMS, SIMULATION MODELING WITH @RISK, DATA ANALYSIS FOR MANAGERS, SPREADSHEET MODELING AND APPLICATIONS, MATHLETICS, DATA ANALYSIS AND BUSINESS MODELING WITH EXCEL 2013, MARKETING ANALYTICS, and FINANCIAL MODELS USING SIMULATION AND OPTIMIZATION. He received his B.S. degree in mathematics from MIT and his Ph.D. in operations research from Yale.

Arabic and English separated.

Great unique publication with an extensive introduction. My only complaint - as a student of Arabic - is that the Arabic text is completely separated from the English. The English version runs from the front of the book to the middle and the Arabic from the back to the middle making constant flipping for comparison unavoidable. Also, very few if any short vowels in the Arabic text. Still glad to have purchased it as the price was very reasonable.

Gut geschrieben, angenehm zu lesen. Dafür 5 Sterne.
Die Authorin war dort und erzählt was sie erlebt und gesehen hat. D.h. Froschperspektive, aber authentisch: 5 Sterne.
Ihr Kontakte waren aber einseitig: Studenten, Künstler, NGOs. Es wäre interessant gewesen, etwas mehr vom Volk zu hören. Und von NATO Soldaten: 3 Sterne dazu.
Es gibt keinen Versuch die Kriege zu erklären. Nur immer die Betreuung, dass all ihre Kontakte friedliebende Menschen waren. Warum herrscht dort aber ein Dauerkrieg? Diese Diskrepanz sollte erklärt werden. 2 Sterne.
Die Autorin schreibt glaubwürdig, wie sie die Situation erlebte. Dafür wieder 5 Sterne.
Es sind 13 voneinander unabhängige Episoden. Man kann die unabhängig.voneinander lesen. Das Buch ist daher gut verständlich, auch wenn man es z.B auf einer Reise liest - immmer dann wenn man wieder einmal auf eine Flug oder ähnliches warten muss.

About the Author
Kamala Kempadoo is a Professor at York University in Ontario. She was the Acting Director and Lecturer at the Centre for Gender and Development Studies at the University of West Indies--Mona in Jamaica. She is the editor of Global Sex Workers (Routledge, 1998) and Sun, Sex and Gold (1999).
