Kamala speaks out laud!!!!

Great Book!
I was amazed with this book, I am so glad Kamala had the health to make time for the book, and with all the support he got from many people and fellow wrestlers.
To read page by page his career through so many years and promotions, is an epic journey for any wrestling fan.
I hope the WWE really comes to their senses and inducts Kamala soon in the Hall of Fame before it is too late, he deserves it more than many who are already in there, his amazing career, his professionalism and his loyalty are enough merits.

Sandra Kynes is an explorer of myth and magic, and a member of the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids. Her inquisitiveness has led her to investigate the roots of her beliefs and to integrate her spiritual path with everyday life. Sandra likes developing creative ways to explore the world, which serves as the basis for her books. She has lived in New York City, Europe, England, and now New England. A Book to Recommend to Metaphysical Readers

I have read numerous books about the magic and energy of the Ocean, however this book excells them all! Many cultures and societies throughout the world and history have had deep interests and developed good meditative and spiritual methods for connecting in with the ocean. The Author, Sandra Kynes, has done an excellent job in presenting both the theory and meditative techniques of working with nature's energy of the ocean. Sandra presents her material in a very rational, understandable way, that is easy to work with. I highly recommend her book to all such seekers of magic, mysticism, and spiritual healing. You will not be disappointed!

This book, "Sea Magic" is a book of knowledge especially appealing to those of us who believe Magic is not dead or forgotten, but still can be found. In or at the Sea, the Gods & Goddesses still wait to impart its magicable properties, to those of us seeking to find it, even and especially in this time of worry or distress. "Come down to the Sea" and believe magic and wonder still lives.

I can almost smell low tide

I grew up on the East Coast spitting distance from the Long Island Sound. Until my move to Missouri in 2000, I had always lived within the reach, sound and smell of the ocean. So when I saw this book I got very excited. One of the things about living in the Mid West I have never been able to get used to was not having the sea close by.

Ms. Kynes has penned a thorough guide to connect with the mystical magic of the deep salt waters of the world. With chapters titled such things as "The Call of the Ocean" and "The Moon, Meditations and Everyday Life," she has shifted the shore inland to any one who hears the siren's song.

The chapters are broken down into manageable bits that include journaling exercises, meditations and facts and fiction about all things oceanic. Deities, mythological creatures, seashells and sea animals are all in this small but fact-filled book. And for those of us - like me - who are days away from the nearest seashore, she has included instructions for bringing the coast to our daily existences.

My only complaint about this book is the endless lists of correspondences or items without any break. It really is a personal preference, because I am sure some people find these things very useful, but for reading purposes, they can become tedious and dull. I'd love to see more anecdotal passages included in these sections to liven them up.

In the back matter are a couple of appendices (one for `mind mapping' and one for runes and ogham) and a bibliography for further study.

About the Author

Fredrick M. Cady is Emeritus Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Montana State University. His research activities include biomedical engineering, visual signal processing, astronomical image processing, and electro-optics and electro-optical system engineering. He has been honored with several teaching awards, including MSU Bozeman Mortar Board Professor of the Month, MSU Alumni-Chamber of Commerce Award for Excellence and the Phi Kappa Phi Anna Krueger Fridley Award for Distinguished Teaching.

Excellent book

I've used this text for the past three years in my undergraduate Microprocessors course (lecture plus lab) and I highly recommend it. As a previous reviewer noted, there are a few mistakes, but these are quite minor and in no way detract from the usability of this text. The chapters are organized well, flow nicely from topic to topic, and keep the reader's attention without being wordy or repetitive. There are lots of examples and many of them include both an assembly and a C solution for the reader. This text is especially good if you're using CodeWarrior and any of the HC12-based boards from Axiom, but would work well with other HC12 boards or student learning kits.

Good practical but a few mistakes

I am an engineering major at Florida State this text book gives good information about how the microcontroller works, how fast it is, where the memory is at, basically the memorization and put on a piece of paper and pass a test class; however, as for practical the examples it gives I find are not very good, The book has examples that are incomplete and in lab it is hard to follow along.

Update, after review other books about this I actually have to give it another star, yes there are some mistakes but it is a 2nd edition and of course there will be mistakes because we are only human. It take a little bit of reading and actual reading not skimming through it like a novel to find out who killed who because it will be used later on so you may want to actually pay attention. I actually enjoyed the last class that I had even though I only made a C. I am about to hopefully take another class using this book so hopefully I will remake another update after this one.

I love this book!

This is another of Watchman Nee's books that has changed my life. It is my opinion that we live in such a time that living the Christian life appears to be a relative thing - whatever a person believes it to be. However, scriptures confirm that there is a price to be paid for becoming a true Christian - and that is that we need to be changed into His likeness. As this is something that we cannot do ourselves, understanding how this happens is so important for a struggling Christian to know. If you are struggling I recommend this book to you. I am a mature Christian and this book confirmed all I believe the Holy Spirit has taught me.

I was held in awe as I read this book . In tears and praise on my lips I marvel at the revelation given by God to a humble brother in Christ to convey to the body of Christ. May we the church be ready for the coming of the Lord, knowing that he who began a good work in us will complete it.
